During butterfly season (April-October), don't miss the beauty of the Butterfly Station and Garden - one of only a few butterfly greenhouses in Virginia. The Danville Science Center is housed in the 1899 Southern Railway Passenger Station. It is registered with the Virginia Landmarks Commission and listed in the National Register of Historic Places. |
